As many fans on social media have speculated, Peter Thomas of The Real Housewives of Atlanta has officially become the new housewife. Nah, I’m joking. However rumor has it that he is currently filming a pilot for his spinoff.
According to RadarOnline, Peter, along with his homeboys from RHOA, Gregg Leakes and Todd Tucker, were spotted filming the pilot based on the staff of Peter’s lounge, BarOne. Similar to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills spinoff, Vanderpump Rules, allegedly the staff of BarOne has some drama of its owns. Translation: They are tired of working for Groupon and Living Social tips. At least with the reality show, it’s a chance of them getting real money.
This explains why Peter has been more vocal this season of RHOA. He knows that drama brings in ratings and let’s be honest, as much as I love his wife Cynthia Bailey, her drama radar barely reaches the levels of what it takes to have a spinoff. If the rumors are true, BarOne will have more free advertisement and continue to attract a boughetto crowd like it currently has now.
